Hon. Juliana Kpedekpo – DCE

Hon. Juliana Kpedekpo is a graduate from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology with MSc Accounting and Finance, she also holds Bachelors of Commerce from the University of Cape coast, she is a student with the Institute of Chartered Accountants- Ghana (CA Ghana).

She also attended Akwamuman SHS and Ho Technical University where she attained SSCE certificate and HND in Accountancy respectively.

 

Hon. Juliana Kpedekpo is a very dynamic young woman with over 10 years’ experience in the area of accounting and finance, she has worked with a number of institutions and has served in different capacities and roles, some of the institutions worked with includes Advanse Ghana Ltd, Unity Rural Bank Ltd, Ghana Standards Authority (GSA) and National Health Insurance Authority (NHIA).

Hon. Juliana Kpedekpo Worked as an Accounts Officer with Ghana Standards Authority Ho office from January 2018 To 2020 after which she took leave of absence to Pursue other important Career focused activities.

Amazingly, She is the first woman to occupy this position since the establishment of the district.

Before her appointment as the DCE, Hon. Juliana Kpedekpo was an NPP constituency officer at the constituency.

 

Hon. Juliana Kpedekpo is a strong advocate for women empowerment, she is loyal, dynamic and self-disciplined individual who is always ready to take on new challenges, form synergies for the successful implementation for all projects she leads.

She is a fast learner and smart with an impeccable problem solving skills, vocal and above all trust worthy.

She is an organized and methodical individual with excellent interpersonal skills that always fuels successful team work.

To make Adaklu one of the best tourist destinations in Ghana and a business hub in the country.

 

 

MISSION

To use human centered strategies to improve the socio economic conditions of my district that will see every family of my district have access to good health care, quality education, improved agricultural practices through advanced technologies that will make the district one of the best food producing districts in Ghana.

 

 

KEY DEVELOPMENT INITIATIVES

  • Sanitation and water projects across the district
  • Aggressive agricultural farming and animal farming through the use of advanced technologies.
  • Improving health care: putting up new health centers (Agenda 111 project) and other health care facilities and ongoing projects.
  • New tourist initiative to make Adaklu mountain and other potential tourist sites the next tourist site and center in Ghana
  • Improving educational facilities and quality of education in the district (establishing a vocational training center in the district).
